Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Tomas Illescas made the kick off which started today's match. When Tomas Illescas came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Venezuela fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tomas Illescas couldn't finish the play. Tomas Illescas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Geovani Velloso read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 5th minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Norberto Villegas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tomas Illescas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Geovani Velloso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Noia's Manole Creangă got a free kick in the 14th minute. 17 minutes into the game, Silviu Miclea recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. Silviu Miclea showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. 20 minutes into the game, Silviu Miclea cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Jonathan Ferrant was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Patricio Costa in the 22nd minute of play forced Noia's goalkeeper Geovani Velloso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Geovani Velloso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Illescas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Silviu Miclea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save Venezuela from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Silviu Miclea got free with Jonathan Ferrant in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, Silviu Miclea kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Noia's zone, Tomas Illescas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Geovani Velloso came out of the goal and Tomas Illescas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Norberto Villegas in the 46th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Silviu Miclea to make the kick off. After 54 minutes, Tomas Illescas made it 4-1 with a short kick to the right side. Noia's Geovani Velloso tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Geovani Velloso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patricio Costa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jonathan Venegas hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. 65 minutes into the match, Norberto Villegas notched a goal, 5-1, to the right of Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant. The audience was convinced that Silviu Miclea's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonathan Ferrant was relentless in the 77th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Camilo Gaos got a free kick in the 78th minute. In the 79thth minute of the game Silviu Miclea who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 80 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Patricio Costa. The supporters of Venezuela booed when Noia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Falcão Peres didn't get a good kick on the ball. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Durvalino Toscano in the 89th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Camilo Gaos got a free kick in the 89th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silviu Miclea in the 90th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Saverio Amor came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Noia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Saverio Amor couldn't finish the play.
