After some careless play in the Chile defense, Frits Evenhuis kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Thiago Pliego. The Chile fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Thiago Pliego should have stopped the shot. Teófilo Belém didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Chile's Mariano Lacasa shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-2 in the ordered_time% minute. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Chile's goalie and right to Máximo Palma. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Chile's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. MC ESPANHOL had played much better football throughout.
