In the 14th minute, Ben Jamin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Billy Clayton who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 17thth minute tested the skills of Lautaro Navarro when he managed to save the team from getting behind. A collision led to Titanic of Belfast getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Michael Hughes hit a great ball. 19 minutes into the match, Honduras's Edmundo Espiga broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. 21 minutes into the game, Rio Chadwick was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Titanic of Belfast's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Honduras the free kick. In the 22nd minute, Rio Chadwick hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Titanic of Belfast's Awa Pradnyana in the 30th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Lautaro Navarro was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Honduras through an amazing save. In the 32nd match minute, Titanic of Belfast was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Michael Hughes to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Titanic of Belfast's zone, Edmundo Espiga stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Larry Bullock came out of the goal and Edmundo Espiga tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Moises Tafalla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Moises Tafalla hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. In the 46th match minute, Honduras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Christian Sancho to maneuver through the defense. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Billy Clayton to make the kick off. Rio Chadwick kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. When Sebastian Villa came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Honduras fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sebastian Villa couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edmundo Espiga got free with Larry Bullock in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Sebastian Villa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Larry Bullock tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 64th minute of the match, Edmundo Espiga got a very nice opportunity to score, but Larry Bullock was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Tosh Moon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lautaro Navarro having to interfere. In the 72nd minute of the match, Edmundo Espiga tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Larry Bullock saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. A throw-in in the 81st minute of the game was made by Rio Chadwick with Michael Hughes as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. In the 84th minute of the game Rio Chadwick made a throw-in which Michael Hughes played forward. Sebastian Villa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Titanic of Belfast's Ben Jamin got a free kick in the 87th minute. Sebastian Villa struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Larry Bullock didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Honduras. Honduras were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Titanic of Belfast to leave the ground with a draw.
