Charles Sarmento didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hélder dos Santos went, in the 5th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Charles Sarmento showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hélder dos Santos in the 14th minute of the match. Guga Freire charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Guga Freire the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 15th match minute, LauerArmy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guga Freire to maneuver through the defense. Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's Gil dos Santos got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Adalberto Vianna's late challenge caught a LauerArmy's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Adalberto Vianna helped the player get up and apologised. In the 19th match minute, Rondinone F.C - FDFDF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adalberto Vianna to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in LauerArmy's zone, Gil dos Santos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Falcão Cabral came out of the goal and Gil dos Santos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Falcão Cabral took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gil dos Santos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hélder dos Santos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Falcão Cabral showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adriano Secco, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Gil dos Santos took the ball and in the 44 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Falcão Cabral. Falcão Cabral dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. After the first half LauerArmy were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
56 minutes into the match, LauerArmy's goal looked a bit too open when Adriano Secco came free, but Falcão Cabral reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 59th minute, Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's Chicão Matos seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Chicão Matos the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Rondinone F.C - FDFDF protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Chicão Matos had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Chicão Matos kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Geovanni Zonta managed to get in a good position for a shot. LauerArmy's supporters rose to their feet, but Geovanni Zonta was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Charles Sarmento breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Paulo Jardel came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the LauerArmy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Paulo Jardel couldn't finish the play. 70 minutes into the game, Hélder dos Santos recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Charles Sarmento. Hélder dos Santos showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luís Eduardo Arce in the 75th minute of play forced LauerArmy's goalkeeper Falcão Cabral to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Falcão Marques during the 76th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 83 minutes into the match, Luís Eduardo Arce had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Falcão Cabral. LauerArmy's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Luís Eduardo Arce was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. When Tiaguinho Faria fell near the penalty area in the 85th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's protests and gave Tiaguinho Faria a yellow card for diving instead. Tiaguinho Faria kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Charles Sarmento showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guga Freire in the 88th minute of the match. After 88 minutes, Hermínio Maciel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rondinone F.C - FDFDF and the LauerArmy players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of LauerArmy booed when Rondinone F.C - FDFDF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hermínio Maciel didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luís Eduardo Arce in the 92nd minute of play forced LauerArmy's goalkeeper Falcão Cabral to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Rondinone F.C - FDFDF supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching LauerArmy's performance. The match ended with a win for LauerArmy.
