LauerArmy's Falcão Cabral played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christoffer Kempel in the 13th minute of play. Waldemar Brodel kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. When Guga Freire came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the LauerArmy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Guga Freire couldn't finish the play. Falcão Cabral showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zac Ba Loua, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. In the 26th minute Paulo Jardel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paulo de Mendonça saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Cesinha Mazza fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's protests and gave Cesinha Mazza a yellow card for diving instead. After 27 played minutes Rio Verde F.C CIMZ got a freekick which was hit by Cesinha Mazza. Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's Paulo de Mendonça played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hélder dos Santos in the 28th minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 28 minutes, Paulo de Mendonça successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 29th match minute, Rio Verde F.C CIMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cesinha Mazza to maneuver through the defense. Júlio Negri kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. After 47 played minutes, LauerArmy's Geovanni Zonta shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Paulo de Mendonça came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hélder dos Santos to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's goalkeeper Paulo de Mendonça, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. LauerArmy's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Geovanni Zonta in the 53rd minute. Falcão Cabral made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zac Ba Loua in the 57th minute. Paulo de Mendonça took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guga Freire, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The LauerArmy fans' excitement grew in the 75th match minute when LauerArmy's Hélder dos Santos looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Paulo de Mendonça showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulo Jardel in the 78th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guga Freire in the 80th minute of play forced Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's goalkeeper Paulo de Mendonça to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Falcão Cabral made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sabo D Agostino in the 86th minute of play. In the 87th minute, Luizinho Neves reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Falcão Cabral. The goal made the score 1-3. LauerArmy's Falcão Cabral proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save LauerArmy from getting a goal against them. If Guga Freire had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Christiano Fontes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
