ITAFUT 4EVER's Orlando Mineiro got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Beto Aparecido might have been able to make a better finish in the 25th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Paulo de Mendonça. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Beto Aparecido ran back to his position shaking his head. The supporters of ITAFUT 4EVER booed when Rio Verde F.C CIMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zeca Garcia didn't get a good kick on the ball. The ITAFUT 4EVER fans' excitement grew in the 33rd match minute when ITAFUT 4EVER's Orlando Mineiro looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Zeca Garcia's late challenge caught a ITAFUT 4EVER's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Zeca Garcia helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of ITAFUT 4EVER booed when Rio Verde F.C CIMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zeca Garcia didn't get a good kick on the ball. 42 minutes into the match, Beto Aparecido notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's Paulo de Mendonça. Paulo de Mendonça was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to ITAFUT 4EVER getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Emerson Leão made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. After a rather tough play, Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's Perivaldo Pimenta got a free kick in the 58th minute. ITAFUT 4EVER made a substitution. Edgar Baiano replaced Beto Aparecido. In the 67th minute, Orlando Mineiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Edgar Baiano might have been able to make a better finish in the 70th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Paulo de Mendonça. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Edgar Baiano ran back to his position shaking his head. Sabo D Agostino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Emerson Leão stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zac Ba Loua's shot from short distance in the 75th minute. After 76 played minutes Rio Verde F.C CIMZ got a freekick which was hit by Júlio Negri. Beto Viana was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 77th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Sebastião Diniz kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. When Zeca Garcia was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 89 minutes had been played. In the 90th minute, Zeca Garcia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The ITAFUT 4EVER supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing ITAFUT 4EVER would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
