After 7 played minutes LauerArmy got a freekick which was hit by Caetano de Souza. After 9 minutes, Iuri Santos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Club Sacode Football CIMZ and the LauerArmy players grew even worse after the yellow card. Iuri Santos kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. A collision led to Club Sacode Football CIMZ getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Tony Veiga hit a great ball. 14 minutes into the match, LauerArmy's goal looked a bit too open when Benedito Fernandez came free, but Falcão Cabral reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Ismael Mattos managed to get in a good position for a shot. LauerArmy's supporters rose to their feet, but Ismael Mattos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Haroldo Pitta breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Club Sacode Football CIMZ booed when LauerArmy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paulo Jardel didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Club Sacode Football CIMZ's Amauri Romero in the 24th minute got a chance for a shot 24th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye LauerArmy's goalie prevented a goal. 26 minutes into the match, Club Sacode Football CIMZ's goalkeeper Haroldo Pitta had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Paulo Jardel. Benedito Fernandez's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Falcão Cabral read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play. Falcão Cabral showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benedito Fernandez, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hélder dos Santos stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Hélder dos Santos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Haroldo Pitta having to interfere. 57 minutes into the game, Guga Freire cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Haroldo Pitta was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Haroldo Pitta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christiano Fontes in the 63rd minute of the match. Haroldo Pitta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paulo Jardel, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. In the 85th minute, Denílson Luz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Club Sacode Football CIMZ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Haroldo Pitta didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Guga Freire went, in the 90th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. In the 92nd match minute, Club Sacode Football CIMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oséas das Neves to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Club Sacode Football CIMZ getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Benedito Fernandez hit a great ball. In the 96th minute Paulo Jardel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Haroldo Pitta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. LauerArmy were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Club Sacode Football CIMZ for a fine match.
