Guga Freire sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lauro Linhares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hélder dos Santos in the 18th minute of the match. In the 23rd minute, Eliézer Ramos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Carlos Netto during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 26th minute of the game. One of CE LAJEADENSE RS:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of LauerArmy:s goal. Lauro Linhares had in the 28thth minute some difficulties stopping Geovanni Zonta's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 28th minute, Geovanni Zonta ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lauro Linhares was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Glauco Paranaense sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, LauerArmy's Waldemar Brodel got a free kick in the 35th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hélder dos Santos in the 38th minute of play forced CE LAJEADENSE RS's goalkeeper Lauro Linhares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 41 played minutes CE LAJEADENSE RS got a freekick which was hit by Natanael Pinheiro. In the 42nd minute the ball was on its way in behind CE LAJEADENSE RS's goalkeeper Lauro Linhares, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of LauerArmy booed when CE LAJEADENSE RS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oséas Miranda didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, LauerArmy's Geovanni Zonta got a free kick in the 50th minute. After 56 minutes of play, LauerArmy's Hélder dos Santos made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lauro Linhares was left in no man's land by his defense there! LauerArmy's Falcão Cabral played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eliézer Ramos in the 61st minute of play. Lauro Linhares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christiano Fontes in the 63rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hélder dos Santos in the 65th minute of play forced CE LAJEADENSE RS's goalkeeper Lauro Linhares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Falcão Cabral showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eliézer Ramos in the 66th minute of the match. The coaching staff of LauerArmy protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Geovanni Zonta had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Geovanni Zonta hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. 93 minutes into the match, CE LAJEADENSE RS's Oséas Miranda sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Falcão Cabral narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
