The supporters of LOS HUITOS booed when Åsnes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Steffen Askvik didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jonathan Vie got free with Froilan Erlantz in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jonathan Vie received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Froilan Erlantz came out and tried to block the shot, but Jonathan Vie slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 15th minute. In the 17th minute, Dan Ødegaard hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jonathan Vie had several of the LOS HUITOS's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 21 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-0 score and a disappointed Froilan Erlantz as he didn't even see the shot coming. In the 28th minute, Jonathan Vie ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Froilan Erlantz was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. In the 31st minute, Espen Bryhn left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Åsnes fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. LOS HUITOS's Froilan Erlantz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save LOS HUITOS from getting a goal against them. With his leg Froilan Erlantz managed to avoid a goal in the 44thth minute, when Åsnes's Jonathan Vie fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

After having played for 51 minutes, Jonathan Vie managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Åsnes's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jonathan Vie was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jonathan Vie in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Froilan Erlantz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A throw-in in the 57th minute of the game was made by Lucio Ibar with Arturo Demario as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Froilan Erlantz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonathan Vie in the 58th minute of the match. In the 67th minute, Kristian Sandersen made a precise shot to the right of Froilan Erlantz. LOS HUITOS's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. Martin Rustad's late challenge caught a LOS HUITOS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Martin Rustad helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Åsnes getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Martin Rustad hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marcos Faron got free with Christer Waaler in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 80th match minute, Åsnes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Espen Bryhn to maneuver through the defense. In the 83rd minute Jonathan Vie shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Froilan Erlantz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Froilan Erlantz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonathan Vie in the 85th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marcos Faron during the 91st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Åsnes's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
