The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ismael Gimenez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silvano Errapel in the 5th minute of play. 11 minutes into the match, Deportivo Mukenio's Aziz Akarsu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Aybars Cihannur narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ismael Gimenez stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Silvano Errapel's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. Charles Laguna got a throw-in 19 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Alfredinho Veloso. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, David Chucho managed to get in a good position for a shot. RÖK's supporters rose to their feet, but David Chucho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ismael Gimenez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ismael Gimenez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfredinho Veloso in the 23rd minute of the match. 24 minutes into the match, Deportivo Mukenio's Aziz Akarsu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Aybars Cihannur narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 30 minutes RÖK's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Mario Hever who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Mario Hever almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but RÖK's Aybars Cihannur did a great save. 32 minutes into the match, Deportivo Mukenio's goal looked a bit too open when Alfredinho Veloso came free, but Ismael Gimenez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 35th minute, Jean-Pierre Pogba fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. In the 38th minute, Charles Laguna hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aziz Akarsu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aybars Cihannur read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play. Ola Moland kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. After 44 played minutes Deportivo Mukenio got a freekick which was hit by Ola Moland. Pejman Zahedi struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Ismael Gimenez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for RÖK. Deportivo Mukenio's Ismael Gimenez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silvano Errapel in the 47th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Alfredinho Veloso got free with Ismael Gimenez in the 51st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 53 minutes into the match, RÖK's Alfredinho Veloso sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ismael Gimenez narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 55 minutes into the match, RÖK's goal looked a bit too open when Aziz Akarsu came free, but Aybars Cihannur reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 57th minute Alfredinho Veloso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ismael Gimenez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ismael Gimenez made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Alfredinho Veloso sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Deportivo Mukenio's Ismael Gimenez got control of the ball when Alfredinho Veloso tried to sneak it across the goal line. RÖK's Tjark Heerdt was substituted for Alfredinho Veloso. In the 72nd match minute, Deportivo Mukenio was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jairo Aurre to maneuver through the defense. Tjark Heerdt could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Ismael Gimenez made a huge save. Aybars Cihannur didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Aziz Akarsu went, in the 82nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Tjark Heerdt could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Ismael Gimenez made a huge save. 87 minutes into the match, Aziz Akarsu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Aybars Cihannur. RÖK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Aziz Akarsu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. RÖK's Pejman Zahedi quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Mario Hever, made in the 90th minute of the game. In the 91st match minute, Deportivo Mukenio was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristian Vidican to maneuver through the defense. In the 92nd minute Pejman Zahedi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ismael Gimenez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the last second Ismael Gimenez throw himself and got hold of the ball when Tjark Heerdt in the 96thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. For all the effort they put into the match, the RÖK players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Deportivo Mukenio.
