In the 3rd minute, Dani Fase made a precise shot to the right of Andrés Torres. Nelsonteam's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Inocencio Tarresola in the 6th minute of play forced Nelsonteam's goalkeeper Andrés Torres to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sánchez Castruita in the 7th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Andrés Torres saved Nelsonteam from getting behind. Andrés Torres made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Inocencio Tarresola in the 8th minute of play. In the 10th match minute, Nelsonteam was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dante Ucero to maneuver through the defense. After 12 minutes of play, Azulgranas's Sánchez Castruita made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Andrés Torres was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 15 minutes, Allande Arenas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Nelsonteam and the Azulgranas players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Azulgranas booed when Nelsonteam was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Allande Arenas didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 18 minutes, Sánchez Castruita made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. Nelsonteam's Andrés Torres tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 21st minute, Sánchez Castruita left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Azulgranas fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Andrés Torres made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marco Zust in the 29th minute of play. Andrés Torres took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Geovanny Sabugo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 32nd minute, Marco Zust left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Azulgranas fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. 40 minutes into the match, Inocencio Tarresola notched a goal, 0-6, to the right of Nelsonteam's Andrés Torres. Andrés Torres was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Nelsonteam's Andrés Torres played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sánchez Castruita in the 43rd minute of play. Andrés Torres showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Inocencio Tarresola in the 46th minute of the match. Sánchez Castruita took the ball and in the 47 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Andrés Torres. Andrés Torres dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-7. After the first half Azulgranas were leading 0-7. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sánchez Castruita made a kick off. Nelsonteam's Andrés Torres played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dani Fase in the 55th minute of play. After 56 minutes, Sánchez Castruita made it 0-8 with a short kick to the right side. Nelsonteam's Andrés Torres tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 60th minute, Sánchez Castruita ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Andrés Torres was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-9. Andrés Torres took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marco Zust, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Andrés Torres didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Azulgranas's Marco Zust shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-10 in the ordered_time% minute. Azulgranas made a substitution. Victoriano Movilla replaced Sánchez Castruita. Ulises Terroba could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Andrés Torres made a huge save. In the 74th minute, Victoriano Movilla ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Andrés Torres was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-11. Andrés Torres came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by Azulgranas's Victoriano Movilla. But to his dismay, Victoriano Movilla quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-12. 83 minutes into the match, Nelsonteam's goalkeeper Andrés Torres had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ulises Terroba. With an all-out effort, Azulgranas's Andrés Torres threw himself towards the right post 84 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Francisco Berrios, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Andrés Torres didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Victoriano Movilla went, in the 86th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-13 was the resulting score. In the 90th minute, Ulises Terroba made a precise shot to the right of Andrés Torres. Nelsonteam's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-14. Ulises Terroba received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Andrés Torres came out and tried to block the shot, but Ulises Terroba slotted it home off the left post making it 0-15 in the 94th minute. Azulgranas played a much better game than Nelsonteam and deserved their victory. The Nelsonteam players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
