Made in Honduras's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Olavo de Azevedo ran over to the corner to take the kick. After 24 played minutes FC Catalunha got a freekick which was hit by Fred Torres. Dan Gheară showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fred Torres in the 31st minute of the match. A collision led to Made in Honduras getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Guillermo Mendez hit a great ball. Dan Gheară took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fred Torres, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. João Carlos Vale didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tommas Lanphan went, in the 35th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tommas Lanphan was the one to do the kick off. In the 93rd match minute, Made in Honduras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nicolás Mora to maneuver through the defense. 95 minutes into the match, Ruth Schilder notched a goal, 1-7, to the right of FC Catalunha's João Carlos Vale. João Carlos Vale was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Made in Honduras played a much better game than FC Catalunha and deserved their victory. The FC Catalunha players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
