Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Roger Pil started the match with the kick off. A collision led to FC Catalunha getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Kléber Rodrigues hit a great ball. Jim Håkansson received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Olavo de Azevedo came out and tried to block the shot, but Jim Håkansson slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 13th minute. Jim Håkansson struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Olavo de Azevedo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Haymakers FC. 22 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC Catalunha's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Johannes Kvarnström was slow to take the kick. During this time Haymakers FC's players had a chance to rest. In the 28thth minute of the game Jim Håkansson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Catalunha's Olavo de Azevedo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some careless play in the FC Catalunha defense, Sven-Olof Mogren kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Olavo de Azevedo. The FC Catalunha fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Olavo de Azevedo should have stopped the shot. When João Carlos Vale fell near the penalty area in the 31st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Catalunha's protests and gave João Carlos Vale a yellow card for diving instead. After 31 played minutes FC Catalunha got a freekick which was hit by João Carlos Vale. After having played for 32 minutes, Roger Pil managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Haymakers FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Roger Pil was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A hard shot 34 in the game by Jim Håkansson from a close distance when the talented Olavo de Azevedo managed to make a qualified save. FC Catalunha's players were relieved. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jim Håkansson got free with Olavo de Azevedo in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 40 minutes into the match, FC Catalunha's goal looked a bit too open when Kurt Ahlbeck came free, but Olavo de Azevedo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Carlos Augusto do Vale hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Jim Håkansson scored 6-0 in the 57th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Olavo de Azevedo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience was convinced that Jim Håkansson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Olavo de Azevedo was relentless in the 62nd minute of the game. Jim Håkansson succeeded in the game's 65th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 7-0. After 69th play minutes Jim Håkansson shot 8-0, a short shot which went by Olavo de Azevedo and just under the crossbar into goal. Olavo de Azevedo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jim Håkansson, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Olavo de Azevedo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jim Håkansson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Olavo de Azevedo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tommy Josefsson went, in the 75th minute, to the upper right corner, 9-0 was the resulting score. Olavo de Azevedo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jim Håkansson's shot from short distance in the 78th minute. Johannes Kvarnström was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 84th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Olavo de Azevedo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jim Håkansson in the 86th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 88 minutes, Jim Håkansson put it in 10-0 from a short distance just to the right of Olavo de Azevedo. Olavo de Azevedo came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by Haymakers FC's Kurt Ahlbeck. But to his dismay, Kurt Ahlbeck quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 11-0. In the 96th minute, Roger Pil left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Haymakers FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 12-0. When the referee ended the match the Haymakers FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
