FC Catalunha's defense didn't have a chance, in the 60th minute, when Aziz Akarsu scored to the left of an out of position Olavo de Azevedo, making the score, 0-11. Ramon Rius's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Olavo de Azevedo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 66th minute of play.
