Alexandre Veríssimo came free with the goalkeeper in the 15th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Edgar Grep could save by the left post. Alexandre Veríssimo let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 15th minute shot 2-0 at rihgt post. In the 19th minute, Sonny Ek left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Älta BK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. In the 23rdth minute of the game Per-Erik Bergfeldt who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land's Fabrício Marques was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Älta BK getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Joel Danielsson hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Per-Erik Bergfeldt in the 30th minute of play forced CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land's goalkeeper Fabrício Marques to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land. The goalkeeper, Fabrício Marques, was totally fooled by Älta BK's Per-Erik Bergfeldt, who 71 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. After 82 played minutes, Älta BK's Orlando Engelaar shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Fabrício Marques came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Älta BK reached it. When the match had gone on for 89 minutes, Per-Erik Bergfeldt took a quick shot and it went in 3-5 without a chance for Fabrício Marques to make any attempt to save it. Nuno Pereira charged in rather forcefully in the 100th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nuno Pereira the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 102 minutes had been played when some careless play by CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Orlando Engelaar was slow to take the kick. During this time Älta BK's players had a chance to rest.

Älta BK played a much better game than CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land and deserved their victory. The CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
