Ariel Ponc came out of the goal and Fernando Marinho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. FC ICEWIND DALE's Kuno Lüdimõis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arsenio Maria in the 18th minute of play. Saturnino Lehior fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kuno Lüdimõis having to interfere. With a little luck, Villa Mitre City's Ariel Ponc got control of the ball when Ding Beckham tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 28 minutes Villa Mitre City's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Erik Stor who took care of the corner kick. Erik Stor made a great header on FC ICEWIND DALE's corner, it was just that Villa Mitre City's Ariel Ponc managed to reach the ball for a save. 30 minutes in the game Norris Vandamme did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Tiburcio Txanton. Kuno Lüdimõis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Saturnino Lehior in the 32nd minute of play. Fernando Marinho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Villa Mitre City's Mauricio Macías was substituted for Arsenio Maria. Villa Mitre City made a substitution. Imam Sarwono replaced Long Yuan Di. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The supporters of FC ICEWIND DALE booed when Villa Mitre City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Urbano Mendiko didn't get a good kick on the ball. FC ICEWIND DALE's Kuno Lüdimõis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save FC ICEWIND DALE from getting a goal against them. Mauricio Macías could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Kuno Lüdimõis made a huge save. Ding Beckham received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Ariel Ponc tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 61st minute, Fernando Marinho ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ariel Ponc was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Fernando Marinho took the ball and in the 64 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ariel Ponc. Ariel Ponc dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Fernando Marinho might have been able to make a better finish in the 68th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ariel Ponc. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fernando Marinho ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 68th minute Fernando Marinho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ariel Ponc saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 73 minutes into the game, FC ICEWIND DALE's Fernando Marinho nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ariel Ponc made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Ariel Ponc showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fernando Marinho in the 78th minute of the match. After having played for 79 minutes, Fernando Marinho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC ICEWIND DALE's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fernando Marinho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Fernando Marinho came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the FC ICEWIND DALE fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fernando Marinho couldn't finish the play. After some careless play in the Villa Mitre City defense, Fernando Marinho kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ariel Ponc. The Villa Mitre City fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ariel Ponc should have stopped the shot. FC ICEWIND DALE's Wincent Debowski was substituted for Boguslaw Zdeb. 88 minutes into the game, Fernando Marinho cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Ariel Ponc was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 94th minute, Villa Mitre City's Saturnino Lehior ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Kuno Lüdimõis. Kuno Lüdimõis yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 6-1. FC ICEWIND DALE's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
