In the 16th minute of the game Cristo Bastiaro made a throw-in which Bello Cura played forward. A sloppy throw-in by Melquiades Chumo in the 40th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Argentinean Patriots 1816's Baldomiro Ospetsu. AFTER GYM FC's Prudencio Bilbo got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Argentinean Patriots 1816's Eraldo Serantoni got a free kick in the 46th minute. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bello Cura stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 62nd minute Prudencio Bilbo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isidoro Rio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ovidiu Acatincăi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ben-Ami Ranchin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bert Homøe took the ball and in the 72 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ovidiu Acatincăi. Ovidiu Acatincăi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Argentinean Patriots 1816 made a substitution.
