Claudio Caniglia might have been able to make a better finish in the 41st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dariusz Bielejewski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Claudio Caniglia was the one to do the kick off. With his leg Peter-Michael Schmeichel managed to avoid a goal in the 54thth minute, when FC Bemowo's Ong Bongo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side.
