In the 14th minute Tato Vega shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christian Orlan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. But to his dismay, Albertinho Andrade quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Desportivo Coala's Christian Orlan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ivar Eriksson in the 24th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lando Norin in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Christian Orlan saved Desportivo Coala from getting behind. Christian Orlan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Albertinho Andrade, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lando Norin in the 29th minute of play forced Desportivo Coala's goalkeeper Christian Orlan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Albertinho Andrade received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Christian Orlan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ronalds McDonald kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Faustão Schmidt's late challenge caught a Que se abra o mar's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Faustão Schmidt helped the player get up and apologised. Bebeto Pimenta took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Christian Orlan. Christian Orlan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. 39 minutes into the match, Desportivo Coala's goal looked a bit too open when Ivar Eriksson came free, but Christian Orlan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Desportivo Coala's Christian Orlan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Albertinho Andrade in the 44th minute of play. After the first half Que se abra o mar were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ronalds McDonald to make the kick off. Desportivo Coala's Christian Orlan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save Desportivo Coala from getting a goal against them. Ivar Eriksson did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-4 to the left of a surprised Christian Orlan 52 minutes into the match. Christian Orlan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ivar Eriksson in the 55th minute. 60 minutes into the match, Albertinho Andrade had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Christian Orlan. Desportivo Coala's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Albertinho Andrade was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ivar Eriksson in the 66th minute of play forced Desportivo Coala's goalkeeper Christian Orlan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Christian Orlan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Albertinho Andrade, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ivar Eriksson in the 70th minute of play forced Desportivo Coala's goalkeeper Christian Orlan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Christian Orlan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-7. Christian Orlan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pedro Paulo Mangueira in the 78th minute. Desportivo Coala's Christian Orlan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save Desportivo Coala from getting a goal against them. Christian Orlan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lando Norin in the 86th minute of play. After 88 minutes, Luisão Toscano made it 0-9 with a short kick to the right side. Desportivo Coala's Christian Orlan tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Lando Norin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Christian Orlan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice moves Tommy Van Elsen could shoot a difficult shot in the 93rd minute, which Christian Orlan however easily saved by the left post. With a little luck, Desportivo Coala's Christian Orlan got control of the ball when Loco Orange tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 95th minute, Lando Norin reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Christian Orlan. The goal made the score 0-10.
