Mustafa Cumhur Gök made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ahmet Demir in the 8th minute of play. Ronaldo Giovanelli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Seb Hedges, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Seb Hedges had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 15 minutes into the match, DENVER™'s goalkeeper Mustafa Cumhur Gök had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Carlos Santana. In the 16th minute, Seb Hedges hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ronaldo Giovanelli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Seb Hedges in the 18th minute of the match. 21 minutes into the game, Seb Hedges cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Ronaldo Giovanelli was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 27 minutes into the game, Galo do Japi's Carlos Santana nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mustafa Cumhur Gök made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Ronaldo Giovanelli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Seb Hedges in the 33rd minute of play. If Cléberson Lara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

Remus Gavruță fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ronaldo Giovanelli having to interfere. Cléberson Lara blasted a shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mustafa Cumhur Gök having to make a save. Mustafa Cumhur Gök took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cléberson Lara, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Seb Hedges's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ronaldo Giovanelli read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 73rd minute of play. After having played for 75 minutes, Cléberson Lara managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Galo do Japi's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cléberson Lara was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. DENVER™ made a substitution. Dráusio Garcia replaced Cosme Zaccardi. DENVER™'s Mustafa Cumhur Gök played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlos Santana in the 81st minute of play. Remus Gavruță fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ronaldo Giovanelli having to interfere. Cauan Catarinense kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Dráusio Garcia's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ronaldo Giovanelli read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play. Seb Hedges fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ronaldo Giovanelli having to interfere. With a little luck, Galo do Japi's Ronaldo Giovanelli got control of the ball when Seb Hedges tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Galo do Japi had won after a very even match.
