The referee showed Lando Norin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Que se abra o mar's Lando Norin got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Sandro Tepedino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ronalds McDonald, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. In the 26th minute of the match, Lando Norin tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Astor Hug saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Lando Norin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Astor Hug having to interfere. In the 43rd minute, Ronalds McDonald got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. In the 53rd match minute, Que se abra o mar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tato Vega to maneuver through the defense. Sandro Tepedino made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ronalds McDonald in the 56th minute. If Lando Norin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 59th minute, Rodrigo Alcântara hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 60th minute of the match Lando Norin sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Astor Hug skillfully saved the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lando Norin in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Astor Hug saved Desportivo Coala from getting behind. Astor Hug took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tommy Van Elsen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Desportivo Coala's Astor Hug played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Albertinho Andrade in the 87th minute of play. Astor Hug showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Loco Orange, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. 90 minutes into the game, Que se abra o mar's Loco Orange nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Astor Hug made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. Noel Perez charged in rather forcefully in the 92nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down.
