Cornelio Cordearo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Americo Montrel hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. Rafael Fix showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ramiro Lano in the 11th minute of the match. In the 14th minute of the match, Ramiro Lano sent away a good long shot that could have become a goal, but Rafael Fix showed an example of his skillful tending and made the save just under the crossbar. In the 15th minute Racing Club were awarded a corner. Mario Silban went to the cornerflag to take it. Rafael Fix stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dario Opilano's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. With a little luck, Racing Club's Cornelio Cordearo got control of the ball when Dimitris Maropoulos tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ramiro Lano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rafael Fix having to interfere. Rafael Fix didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dario Opilano went, in the 32nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Rafael Fix stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dario Opilano's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. With a little luck, Racing Club's Cornelio Cordearo got control of the ball when Cornelio Cesaro tried to sneak it across the goal line. Pan Queso y Leberbush FC made a substitution. Alejandro Ellande replaced Jonathan Cordarrol. Racing Club's Epifanio Txomin was substituted for Dario Opilano. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dimitris Maropoulos to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Samuel Nevada in the 52nd minute of play forced Pan Queso y Leberbush FC's goalkeeper Rafael Fix to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 54th minute Racing Club were awarded a corner. Mario Silban went to the cornerflag to take it. Cornelio Cordearo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Cornelio Cordearo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alex Palleschi in the 69th minute of the match. 74 minutes into the game, Racing Club's Epifanio Txomin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rafael Fix made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. 77 minutes into the match, Epifanio Txomin notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of Pan Queso y Leberbush FC's Rafael Fix. Rafael Fix was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Epifanio Txomin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Rafael Fix showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Epifanio Txomin in the 83rd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Epifanio Txomin in the 86th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rafael Fix prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rafael Fix stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Epifanio Txomin's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. The Racing Club supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Racing Club would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
