With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tomasz Lepper in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jesus Gartxot saved Racing Club from getting behind. When Andrzej Debkowski fell near the penalty area in the 79th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Racing Club's protests and gave Andrzej Debkowski a yellow card for diving instead. Andrzej Debkowski hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. 80 minutes into the match, Fabian Szostak notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Racing Club's Jesus Gartxot. Jesus Gartxot was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 84 minutes into the match, Racing Club's goal looked a bit too open when Waldemar Sroka came free, but Jesus Gartxot reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 90 minutes into the match, Andrzej Debkowski notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of FURIOZA's Kryspin Sienkowski. Kryspin Sienkowski was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Kryspin Sienkowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Urbano Jago in the 96th minute of play.

The FURIOZA manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Racing Club to win.
