Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Miguel Rodríguez in the 38th minute of the match. Milagros Fraga came free with the goalkeeper in the 98th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Kıvanç Yücesan could save by the left post. When the final whistle sounded Peru left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than SC Pfullendorf.
