Toby Herget stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Wilson Lima's shot from short distance in the 12th minute. 17 minutes into the match, Orville Jacobson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of José Maria Branco. Bem Bolado's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Orville Jacobson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. In the 28th minute Wilson Lima shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Toby Herget saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Toby Herget took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Francisco Alves, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 34th minute, José Carlos Siqueira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. José Maria Branco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Orville Jacobson in the 35th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tomás Garcia in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg José Maria Branco saved Bem Bolado from getting behind. 48 minutes into the match, Inmortales FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cláudio Donatello came free, but Toby Herget reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Willy Webster took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 53rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for José Maria Branco. Bem Bolado's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. José Maria Branco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Orville Jacobson, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. In the 60th minute Inmortales FC were awarded a corner. Willy Webster went to the cornerflag to take it. 61 minutes had been played when some careless play by Bem Bolado's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Willy Webster was slow to take the kick. During this time Inmortales FC's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Inmortales FC's corner Willy Webster fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and José Maria Branco quite easily take care of the ball. 68 minutes into the game, Tomás Garcia was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Inmortales FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bem Bolado the free kick. After 70 played minutes Inmortales FC got a freekick which was hit by Julio Barr. Bem Bolado's José Carlos Siqueira got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Tomás Garcia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. José Maria Branco didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Orville Jacobson went, in the 77th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Inmortales FC's Toby Herget proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save Inmortales FC from getting a goal against them. Francisco Alves's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 81stth minute, Toby Herget skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. José Maria Branco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomás Garcia in the 93rd minute of play. 94 minutes into the game, one of Bem Bolado:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Willy Webster took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised José Maria Branco. José Maria Branco dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Inmortales FC made a substitution. Mitch Rushing replaced Tomás Garcia.

For all the effort they put into the match, the Bem Bolado players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Inmortales FC.
