Spectators: 8200 (Terracing: 6150, Seating: 1886, VIP seats: 164) FC Cosula-BTF-'s Filip Hosu started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ahmet Necdet İlbeyi in the 2nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ovidiu Marin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Dacian Jurăscu took the ball and in the 4 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Yetkiner Yabgu. Yetkiner Yabgu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. 10 minutes into the game, LOI's Güvenç Semih nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ovidiu Marin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. FC Cosula-BTF-'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Aurel Lăceanu in the 16th minute. A throw-in in the 24th minute of the game was made by Kandemir İrfan with Ahmet Bedri Haseki as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Ovidiu Marin came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by LOI's Ahmet Necdet İlbeyi. But to his dismay, Ahmet Necdet İlbeyi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Güntekin Nabi in the 29th minute of play forced FC Cosula-BTF-'s goalkeeper Ovidiu Marin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dacian Jurăscu might have been able to make a better finish in the 33rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Yetkiner Yabgu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dacian Jurăscu ran back to his position shaking his head. LOI's Yetkiner Yabgu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dacian Jurăscu in the 33rd minute of play. In the 35th minute the ball was on its way in behind LOI's goalkeeper Yetkiner Yabgu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a little luck, LOI's Yetkiner Yabgu got control of the ball when Dacian Jurăscu tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Filip Hosu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 45th minute, Ciprian Gaiță hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ovidiu Marin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ahmet Necdet İlbeyi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

In the 51st minute, one of LOI:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for LOI. The referee gave FC Cosula-BTF- a penalty, 53 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Aurel Lăceanu, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of LOI's Yetkiner Yabgu. 2-2. Yetkiner Yabgu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dacian Jurăscu in the 60th minute of play. In the 69th minute, Dacian Jurăscu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Yetkiner Yabgu was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-2. Ahmet Necdet İlbeyi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Ovidiu Marin made a huge save. Ovidiu Marin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Güvenç Semih in the 75th minute of play. 80 minutes into the match, LOI's goal looked a bit too open when Dacian Jurăscu came free, but Yetkiner Yabgu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A sloppy throw-in by Mutlu Elmacıoğlu in the 83rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by FC Cosula-BTF-'s Emilian Bădila. Dacian Jurăscu struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Yetkiner Yabgu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Cosula-BTF-. The crowd rose to their feet as Güvenç Semih kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ovidiu Marin. That made the score 4-3 in the 92 minute of play. In the 95thth minute of the game Ahmet Necdet İlbeyi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Cosula-BTF-'s Ovidiu Marin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.

When the referee blew the final whistle, FC Cosula-BTF- could leave the field as winners, despite LOI having more of the ball for most of the match.
