In the 11th minute of the match Åsnes got a corner. Husaria Tarnów's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Kristian Sandersen ran over to the corner to take the kick. Morten Hestad could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Wincent Zbydniowski made a huge save. After taking down the ball on Åsnes's corner Rune Gjessing fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Wincent Zbydniowski quite easily take care of the ball. Steffen Askvik charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. When the match had gone on for 88 minutes, Morten Hestad put it in 5-2 from a short distance just to the right of Wincent Zbydniowski. Husaria Tarnów's Tymoteusz Figlewski was substituted for Witalis Grabski. Wincent Zbydniowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Morten Hestad in the 93rd minute of the match. Åsnes's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
