Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Preator Edikt's Olof Östman started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Christer Waaler made a fantastic save in the 4th minute, when Jens-Ove Ambjörnsson sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rutger Holm got free with Christer Waaler in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Josef Österlund didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Morten Hestad went, in the 13th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After 19 played minutes Preator Edikt got a freekick which was hit by Adam Kihlman. An unexpectedly hard shot by Morten Hestad in the 20th minute of play forced Preator Edikt's goalkeeper Josef Österlund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Preator Edikt getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Mathias Mellin hit a great ball. Morten Hestad recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 32 minutes into the game, Åsnes's Rune Gjessing nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Josef Österlund made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. After 40 minutes, Kim Larsfelt mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Preator Edikt and the Åsnes players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 42nd minute of the match, Nils-Erik Sundberg got a very nice opportunity to score, but Christer Waaler was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Aleksander Ånestad kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Morten Hestad stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 60 played minutes Preator Edikt got a freekick which was hit by Rutger Holm. Josef Österlund came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by Åsnes's Rune Gjessing. But to his dismay, Rune Gjessing quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. In the 66th minute Rutger Holm shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christer Waaler saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Christer Waaler showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Olof Östman in the 68th minute of the match. Josef Österlund showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kristian Sandersen in the 70th minute of the match. Nils-Erik Sundberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Morten Hestad managed to get in a good position for a shot. Åsnes's supporters rose to their feet, but Morten Hestad was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Josef Österlund breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 79th minute of the match Hubert Fernström shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Christer Waaler showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Helge Bokelund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Olof Östman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Christer Waaler took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rutger Holm, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Josef Österlund came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by Åsnes's Dan Ødegaard. But to his dismay, Dan Ødegaard quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. Christer Waaler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olof Östman in the 95th minute of play. The Preator Edikt supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Åsnes's performance. The match ended with a win for Åsnes.
