After 2 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Hangovers FC! In the 3rd minute there was a penalty for Digital Monsterz FC. Leandro Heidemann stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Argyris Papadopoulos. 0-1. When the match clock showed 8 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Leandro Heidemann sped through Hangovers FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Argyris Papadopoulos. After 11 minutes, Leandro Heidemann made it 0-4 with a short kick to the right side. Hangovers FC's Argyris Papadopoulos tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 14 minutes into the match, Digital Monsterz FC's Leandro Heidemann sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Argyris Papadopoulos narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Dorotheos Gittas fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hangovers FC's protests and gave Dorotheos Gittas a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Hangovers FC's Dorotheos Gittas got a free kick in the 18th minute. In the 19th minute, Leandro Heidemann ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Argyris Papadopoulos was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. Argyris Papadopoulos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Christer Nyberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. In the 29th minute, Leandro Heidemann left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Digital Monsterz FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-7. If Leandro Heidemann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Argyris Papadopoulos came out of the goal in the 42nd minute to try and stop a shot by Digital Monsterz FC's Christer Nyberg. But to his dismay, Christer Nyberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-10. Disappointed in the 0-10 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Leandro Heidemann was the one to do the kick off. Leandro Heidemann received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Argyris Papadopoulos came out and tried to block the shot, but Leandro Heidemann slotted it home off the left post making it 0-11 in the 51st minute. Hangovers FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 54th minute, when Leandro Heidemann scored to the left of an out of position Argyris Papadopoulos, making the score, 0-12. Leandro Heidemann struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Argyris Papadopoulos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Digital Monsterz FC. Dorotheos Gittas made in the 66th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Digital Monsterz FC's Comunardo Pedroni. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Leandro Heidemann in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Argyris Papadopoulos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 70 minutes into the game, Leandro Heidemann recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Argyris Papadopoulos. Leandro Heidemann showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-14. Digital Monsterz FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Birger Spetz in the 75th minute. A well-hit corner resulted in Amador Gabino heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leandro Heidemann in the 77th minute of play forced Hangovers FC's goalkeeper Argyris Papadopoulos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hangovers FC's Argyris Papadopoulos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christer Nyberg in the 78th minute of play. Leandro Heidemann could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Argyris Papadopoulos made a huge save. Digital Monsterz FC's Anıl Özkut was substituted for Leandro Heidemann. Argyris Bolirakis kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. In the 84th minute the ball was on its way in behind Hangovers FC's goalkeeper Argyris Papadopoulos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of Digital Monsterz FC booed when Hangovers FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vaios Toskas didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match had gone on for 85 minutes, Anıl Özkut put it in 0-15 from a short distance just to the right of Argyris Papadopoulos. The crowd rose to their feet as Anıl Özkut kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Argyris Papadopoulos. That made the score 0-16 in the 88 minute of play. In the 92nd minute, Pastor Servando hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With his leg Argyris Papadopoulos managed to avoid a goal in the 95thth minute, when Digital Monsterz FC's Anıl Özkut fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Digital Monsterz FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
