In the 9th minute of the match Veth Crystals got a corner. C.A Huracan's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Song Xing ran over to the corner to take the kick. Veth Crystals's Song Xing was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Sven Skark in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Marcos Lama made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dave Basso in the 12th minute of play. Sven Skark made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when He Lin Di sent off a good shot on target. Sven Skark made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Juliusz Januszewski in the 17th minute of play. Erik Persson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Sven Skark tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dave Basso in the 24th minute of play forced Veth Crystals's goalkeeper Marcos Lama to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Juliusz Januszewski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Juliusz Januszewski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Sven Skark made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by He Lin Di in the 38th minute of play forced C.A Huracan's goalkeeper Sven Skark to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When C.A Huracan's Robert Collen in the 41st minute got a chance for a shot 41st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Veth Crystals's goalie prevented a goal. 46 minutes into the game, Veth Crystals's Carlos-Armando Valderrama nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sven Skark made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Sven Skark took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlos-Armando Valderrama, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 57th minute, Veth Crystals's Song Xing seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Song Xing the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Veth Crystals protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Song Xing had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 56 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Veth Crystals! After 59 minutes Veth Crystals's goalkeeper Marcos Lama managed, with a little bit of luck, save Agustin Dantae's penalty, on his right side after a tricky shot. Veth Crystals's Marcos Lama played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Agustin Dantae in the 59th minute of play. In the 61st minute the ball was on its way in behind Veth Crystals's goalkeeper Marcos Lama, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 66th minute, He Lin Di made a precise shot to the right of Sven Skark. C.A Huracan's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. C.A Huracan's Sven Skark played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nedas Jameikis in the 73rd minute of play. 76 minutes into the match, C.A Huracan's Dave Basso sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marcos Lama narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 78thth minute of the game Carlos-Armando Valderrama who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but C.A Huracan's Sven Skark was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Iwan Zieba kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. In the 81st minute, C.A Huracan's Dave Basso ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Marcos Lama. Marcos Lama yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. Sven Skark showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teofil Walczyk in the 84th minute of the match. C.A Huracan's Angelo Mosen quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Teofil Walczyk, made in the 87th minute of the game. Marcos Lama made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dave Basso in the 88th minute of play. 88 minutes into the match, Dave Basso dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Marcos Lama, 3-2.

Veth Crystals's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
