With a little luck, Baxters Boys's Jan Moberg got control of the ball when Oto Valtierra tried to sneak it across the goal line. Emil Hake kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Obano Moreyre showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Olov Tham, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. 11 minutes into the match, Mete y Raspa FC's goal looked a bit too open when Olov Tham came free, but Obano Moreyre reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Olov Tham in the 21st minute of play forced Mete y Raspa FC's goalkeeper Obano Moreyre to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 22nd match minute, Baxters Boys was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by August Palm to maneuver through the defense. Hitzeder Obiaga kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Baxters Boys's Jan Moberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manolo Gimenez in the 28th minute of play. In the 31st minute, Grabiel Gort hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Obano Moreyre came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Baxters Boys's Olov Tham. But to his dismay, Olov Tham quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Mete y Raspa FC's Obano Moreyre played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olov Tham in the 35th minute of play. The supporters of Baxters Boys booed when Mete y Raspa FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oto Valtierra didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 39th minute, Olov Tham left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Baxters Boys fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Manolo Gimenez got free with Jan Moberg in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 44 minutes into the game, Evert Lindström was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Baxters Boys's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mete y Raspa FC the free kick. 45 minutes into the match, Baxters Boys's goalkeeper Jan Moberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Oto Valtierra. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

In the 55th match minute, Baxters Boys was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Per Strömqvist to maneuver through the defense. August Palm took the ball and in the 66 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Obano Moreyre. Obano Moreyre dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Obano Moreyre made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Olov Tham sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Baxters Boys's Edmund Olsman got a free kick in the 69th minute. Mete y Raspa FC were awarded a corner in the 72th minute after Baxters Boys's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Oinaz Goicoolea took the corner. The corner led Mete y Raspa FC's Oinaz Goicoolea to fire away a dangerous shot which Jan Moberg despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 77 minutes into the match, Mete y Raspa FC's goalkeeper Obano Moreyre had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Olov Tham. In the 84th match minute, Mete y Raspa FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hitzeder Obiaga to maneuver through the defense. Baxters Boys's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by August Palm in the 88th minute. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Mete y Raspa FC's goalie and right to Edmund Olsman. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Mete y Raspa FC's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal.
