To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

After a rather tough play, Pajala Sunrise's Börje Axelsson got a free kick in the 57th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Doug Las Casas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pajala Sunrise's supporters rose to their feet, but Doug Las Casas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vladimiro Romano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When 王 江志锋 came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Pajala Sunrise fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that 王 江志锋 couldn't finish the play. Pajala Sunrise's Johannes Friberger was substituted for 王 江志锋. Centeno's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Genaro Balesio in the 69th minute. In the 92nd minute Börje Axelsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vladimiro Romano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 95 minutes into the game, Johannes Friberger cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-6. Vladimiro Romano was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.

When the final whistle sounded Pajala Sunrise left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Centeno.
