The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Phillip Glerum showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tord Söderqvist in the 3rd minute of the match. S.C. Ferrari's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Váldson Arruda in the 4th minute. With his leg Phillip Glerum managed to avoid a goal in the 9thth minute, when S.C. Ferrari's Tord Söderqvist fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Phillip Glerum was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Tord Söderqvist showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 18 minute of play. Zhang Chang Yang showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Linus Resentvig, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Peter-Jan De Brouwer in the 27th minute of play forced S.C. Ferrari's goalkeeper Zhang Chang Yang to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Chris Dhaussy took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 35th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Zhang Chang Yang. S.C. Ferrari's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 36th minute Tord Söderqvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Phillip Glerum saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 37 minutes, Tord Söderqvist took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Phillip Glerum to make any attempt to save it. Phillip Glerum made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Tord Söderqvist sent off a good shot on target. Zhang Chang Yang came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by Saco FC's Peter-Jan De Brouwer. But to his dismay, Peter-Jan De Brouwer quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gergely Bollobás to make the kick off. When Gergely Bollobás came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the S.C. Ferrari fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gergely Bollobás couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Saco FC's zone, Bernardino Urtats stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Phillip Glerum came out of the goal and Bernardino Urtats tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 58 minutes into the match, S.C. Ferrari's goalkeeper Zhang Chang Yang had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Antonio Alzamendi. With a little luck, S.C. Ferrari's Zhang Chang Yang got control of the ball when Antonio Alzamendi tried to sneak it across the goal line. Phillip Glerum showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gergely Bollobás in the 62nd minute of the match. In the 65th minute, Patrick Angelsø hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 66 played minutes S.C. Ferrari got a freekick which was hit by Patrick Angelsø. When the match had gone on for 70 minutes, Gergely Bollobás put it in 4-1 from a short distance just to the right of Phillip Glerum. In the 74th minute the ball was on its way in behind S.C. Ferrari's goalkeeper Zhang Chang Yang, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Furo Furenbrink received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Phillip Glerum tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 80 minutes into the match, Linus Resentvig had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Zhang Chang Yang. S.C. Ferrari's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Linus Resentvig was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-2. If Antonio Alzamendi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Saco FC defense, Gergely Bollobás kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Phillip Glerum. The Saco FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Phillip Glerum should have stopped the shot. In the 88th minute of the match, Peter-Jan De Brouwer tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Zhang Chang Yang saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After some careless play in the Saco FC defense, Gergely Bollobás kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Phillip Glerum. The Saco FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Phillip Glerum should have stopped the shot. In the 92nd minute Gergely Bollobás shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Phillip Glerum saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gergely Bollobás in the 93rd minute of play forced Saco FC's goalkeeper Phillip Glerum to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. S.C. Ferrari's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
