The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bernt Vennerkvist got free with Niculae Romanescu in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. CWKS KĘDZIERZYN's Niculae Romanescu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to save CWKS KĘDZIERZYN from getting a goal against them. In the 13th minute the ball was on its way in behind Hisingen IK's goalkeeper Edgar Ström, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Velimir Bostandzhiev's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Edgar Ström read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. After 17 minutes, Eric Nyman mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hisingen IK and the CWKS KĘDZIERZYN players grew even worse after the yellow card. Bernt Vennerkvist could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Niculae Romanescu made a huge save. After 41 minutes of play, CWKS KĘDZIERZYN's Velimir Bostandzhiev made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Edgar Ström was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, Hisingen IK's Eric Nyman got a free kick in the 44th minute. In the 45th minute, Velimir Bostandzhiev left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CWKS KĘDZIERZYN fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Viktor Nyman was the one to do the kick off. In the 57th minute, CWKS KĘDZIERZYN's Velimir Bostandzhiev dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-4. In the 61st minute Velimir Bostandzhiev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edgar Ström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hisingen IK's defense didn't have a chance, in the 93rd minute, when Ireneusz Jeleń scored to the left of an out of position Edgar Ström, making the score, 0-6. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. CWKS KĘDZIERZYN had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
