An unexpectedly hard shot by Antonio Alzamendi in the 4th minute of play forced Diablos Rojos's goalkeeper Remus Pinches to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Remus Pinches showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chris Dhaussy in the 8th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling 唐沙旭 in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Phillip Glerum prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Diablos Rojos's Ovidiu Epure got a free kick in the 11th minute. A collision led to Diablos Rojos getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Baltazar Delioğlu hit a great ball. 唐沙旭 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Phillip Glerum having to interfere. Remus Pinches made an important save on a dangerous shot by Antonio Alzamendi in the 20th minute. In the 26th minute Thomás Vollmar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Phillip Glerum saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Diablos Rojos booed when Saco FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ricardo Bochini didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Diablos Rojos defense, Antonio Alzamendi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Remus Pinches. The Diablos Rojos fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Remus Pinches should have stopped the shot.
