Arnaldo Isauro hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Linus Resentvig was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. With his leg Emiliano Gabino managed to avoid a goal in the 20thth minute, when Saco FC's Antonio Alzamendi fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. EL COCO's Emiliano Gabino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Linus Resentvig in the 26th minute of play. Humberto Maidana hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Chris Dhaussy took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 29th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Emiliano Gabino. EL COCO's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 32nd minute Linus Resentvig shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emiliano Gabino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had been going on for 36 minutes, Saco FC's Chris Dhaussy got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Emiliano Gabino. The supporters of Saco FC booed when EL COCO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arnaldo Isauro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Antonio Alzamendi in the 41stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Emiliano Gabino, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Emiliano Gabino didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Linus Resentvig went, in the 42nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Arnaldo Isauro to make the kick off. Humberto Maidana kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. After 52 minutes, Alberto Oliveiro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the EL COCO and the Saco FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 52 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for EL COCO! EL COCO's Emiliano Gabino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antonio Alzamendi in the 66th minute of play. Emiliano Gabino stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Antonio Alzamendi's shot from short distance in the 68th minute. After 70 played minutes EL COCO got a freekick which was hit by Alberto Oliveiro. It was beautiful to see Saco FC's Chris Dhaussy in action when he in the 71st minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! In the 74th minute, Humberto Maidana hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
