When Kaká Botelho fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pura Arte F.C's protests and gave Kaká Botelho a yellow card for diving instead. In a very dangerous position, a player in Compostela FSCMZ fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 46th minute. Penalty! All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
