Caco Furlan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lúcio Dantas went, in the 17th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. 22 minutes into the match, Olímpico Blumenau FC's goal looked a bit too open when Lúcio Dantas came free, but Caco Furlan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Glauco Vander sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A collision led to Compostela FSCMZ getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Almir Faria hit a great ball. 25 minutes into the match, Compostela FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Dinei Souza came free, but Yuri Wesley reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Olímpico Blumenau FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Oswaldo Trancoso 63 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-6. 71 minutes into the game, one of Olímpico Blumenau FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the final whistle sounded Compostela FSCMZ left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Olímpico Blumenau FC.
