Caco Furlan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Pedrinho de Queirós didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 13th minute, which inside left pole to 1-1. When Gil Lira came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Olímpico Blumenau FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gil Lira couldn't finish the play. Caco Furlan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leandro Camargo in the 21st minute of play. 22 minutes into the match, Olímpico Blumenau FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ferreirinha Vinhas came free, but Caco Furlan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Iuri Queirós kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Olímpico Blumenau FC's Angelo Cunha got a free kick in the 25th minute. Ferreirinha Vinhas succeeded in the game's 32nd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-2. When Olímpico Blumenau FC's Angelo Cunha in the 42nd minute got a chance for a shot 42nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Geovani Viana managed to get in a good position for a shot. Alfa FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Geovani Viana was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Caco Furlan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

Narciso Aparecido kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. After 55 played minutes, Olímpico Blumenau FC's Júnior Massa shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Pedrinho de Queirós came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Olímpico Blumenau FC reached it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dieguinho Magalhães in the 64th minute of play forced Alfa FC's goalkeeper Pedrinho de Queirós to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 65 minutes into the match, Ferreirinha Vinhas notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Olímpico Blumenau FC's Caco Furlan. Caco Furlan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Olímpico Blumenau FC were awarded a corner in the 70th minute after Alfa FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Júnior Massa took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Júnior Massa got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Pedrinho de Queirós quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Angelo Cunha in the 71st minute of play forced Alfa FC's goalkeeper Pedrinho de Queirós to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 72 minutes, Arthur Varela mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Alfa FC and the Olímpico Blumenau FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 72nd match minute, Alfa FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arthur Varela to maneuver through the defense. Caco Furlan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Geovani Viana in the 75th minute. In the 77th minute Ferreirinha Vinhas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Caco Furlan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Caco Furlan came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by Alfa FC's Leandro Camargo. But to his dismay, Leandro Camargo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. The crowd rose to their feet as Alfa FC's Maurício de Lara slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Caco Furlan. That made the score 1-5 after 85 minutes of play. Alfa FC's Pedrinho de Queirós played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Angelo Cunha in the 89th minute of play. Caco Furlan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ferreirinha Vinhas in the 92nd minute. In the 93rd minute, Ademar Quintal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Alfa FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
