Zé Pedro Varela was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Angelo Cunha showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 19 minute of play. Zé Pedro Varela was out of position in the 21 minute of play, and Dinei Souza capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Dinei Souza really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. In the 27th minute, Guilherme Cardozo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jefferson Barreto blasted a shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Caco Furlan having to make a save. Dieguinho Magalhães recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 38 minutes into the game, Gil Lira was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Olímpico Blumenau FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave JURIDIQUES F.C the free kick. Gil Lira hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. In the 40th minute, Angelo Cunha ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Zé Pedro Varela was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. The supporters of Olímpico Blumenau FC booed when JURIDIQUES F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Thomás Vianna didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zé Pedro Varela showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gil Lira in the 46th minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jefferson Barreto to strike the kick off in the second half. Zé Pedro Varela made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Angelo Cunha in the 52nd minute of play. Zé Pedro Varela took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Angelo Cunha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Miguel Pombal charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Miguel Pombal the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. If Glauco Vander had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Angelo Cunha took the ball and in the 67 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zé Pedro Varela. Zé Pedro Varela dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. Zé Pedro Varela made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Glauco Vander in the 71st minute of play. After 75 played minutes JURIDIQUES F.C got a freekick which was hit by Jefferson Barreto. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dinei Souza in the 76th minute of play forced JURIDIQUES F.C's goalkeeper Zé Pedro Varela to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
