Vinicio Balasi hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. In the 33rd match minute, E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rafinha Custódio to maneuver through the defense. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Katarínus Orange to strike the kick off in the second half. Juninho Eger hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ were awarded a corner in the 62th minute after E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Aldair Orange took the corner. Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ's Dedé Quirino was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Jorge Furtado in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Rafinha Custódio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Edinho Pirani read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play. The tension between the E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE and the Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ players grew even worse after the yellow card.
