After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, Diguinho Souza managed to get in a good position for a shot. Atlético da Colina's supporters rose to their feet, but Diguinho Souza was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Duda Soeiro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sydney Tasso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Duda Soeiro having to interfere. When Atlético da Colina's Diguinho Souza in the 19th minute got a chance for a shot 19th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Nelson Jesus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Délio Araújo, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Diguinho Souza could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Duda Soeiro made a huge save. After 26 played minutes Aesir FC FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by Délio Araújo. Nelson Jesus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Délio Araújo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Délio Araújo got free in front of the goal in the 32nd minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Nelson Jesus was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Duda Soeiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Diguinho Souza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Diguinho Souza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Duda Soeiro having to interfere. 42 minutes into the game, Ronaldão Trevisan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Atlético da Colina's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Aesir FC FSCMZ the free kick. Ronaldão Trevisan kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. After having played for 43 minutes, Osmar Marinho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Aesir FC FSCMZ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Osmar Marinho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Diguinho Souza in the 46th minute of play forced Aesir FC FSCMZ's goalkeeper Duda Soeiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Diguinho Souza made a kick off. After 60 minutes of play, Atlético da Colina's Diguinho Souza made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Duda Soeiro was left in no man's land by his defense there! Atlético da Colina's João Miranda suffered a fractured collar bone after 65 minutes and couldn't finish the game. When Délio Araújo fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Aesir FC FSCMZ's protests and gave Délio Araújo a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Aesir FC FSCMZ's Délio Araújo got a free kick in the 66th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Diguinho Souza in the 69th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Duda Soeiro saved Aesir FC FSCMZ from getting behind. The supporters of Atlético da Colina booed when Aesir FC FSCMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Délio Araújo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 71st minute of the game Célio Botelho made a throw-in which Igor Porto played forward. Diguinho Souza might have been able to make a better finish in the 74th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Duda Soeiro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Diguinho Souza ran back to his position shaking his head. Duda Soeiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Diguinho Souza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Diguinho Souza kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Diguinho Souza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Atlético da Colina's Diguinho Souza in the 81st minute got a chance for a shot 81st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Duda Soeiro was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. For all the effort they put into the match, the Aesir FC FSCMZ players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Atlético da Colina.
