Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ's Dedé Quirino quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Joel Saldanha, made in the 11th minute of the game. Emerson Paraíba showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Katarínus Orange, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Jumeuc Futebol Clube's Emerson Paraíba played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Katarínus Orange in the 16th minute of play. Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Aldair Orange in the 18th minute. Dedé Quirino was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. A collision led to Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Dedé Quirino hit a great ball. Jeremias Linhares made in the 25th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ's Dedé Quirino. In the 27th minute, Dedé Quirino made a precise shot to the right of Emerson Paraíba. Jumeuc Futebol Clube's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Dedé Quirino's late challenge caught a Jumeuc Futebol Clube's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dedé Quirino helped the player get up and apologised. In the 29th minute, Dedé Quirino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hamilton Luis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Edinho Pirani made a huge save. Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ's Dedé Quirino got his second yellow card of the match in the 31st minute. The referee ordered Dedé Quirino off the ground. Jumeuc Futebol Clube made a substitution. Glauco Negri replaced Jeremias Linhares. Edinho Pirani showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adelino Saldanha in the 33rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hamilton Luis in the 40th minute of play forced Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ's goalkeeper Edinho Pirani to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Thanks to some nice moves Luiz Fabiano Orange could shoot a difficult shot in the 53rd minute, which Emerson Paraíba however easily saved by the left post. Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ's Edinho Pirani played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adelino Saldanha in the 60th minute of play. After 61 played minutes Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by Luiz Fabiano Orange. Falcão Orange kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. With a little luck, Jumeuc Futebol Clube's Emerson Paraíba got control of the ball when Katarínus Orange tried to sneak it across the goal line. Emerson Paraíba stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Katarínus Orange's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. After taking down the ball on Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ's corner Aldair Orange fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Emerson Paraíba quite easily take care of the ball. Hamilton Luis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Edinho Pirani tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 73 played minutes Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by Perivaldo Penha. 75 minutes into the match, Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ's Katarínus Orange sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Emerson Paraíba narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 77 minutes into the match, Jumeuc Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Emerson Paraíba had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Katarínus Orange. Edinho Pirani took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adelino Saldanha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aldair Orange could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Emerson Paraíba made a huge save. Adelino Saldanha's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Edinho Pirani read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play. Emerson Paraíba made an important save on a dangerous shot by Falcão Orange in the 89th minute. After 91 played minutes Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by Katarínus Orange. Francisco da Cunha took the ball and in the 92 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Edinho Pirani. Edinho Pirani dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. The Jumeuc Futebol Clube fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
