After 5 played minutes Ibirama Futebol Clube got a freekick which was hit by Agostinho Cabral. Froilan Dolcet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Ghițescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 8thth minute of the game Daniel Ghițescu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ibirama Futebol Clube's Froilan Dolcet was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Basílio Silveira in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Froilan Dolcet saved Ibirama Futebol Clube from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in Ibirama Futebol Clube's zone, Basílio Silveira stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Froilan Dolcet came out of the goal and Basílio Silveira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 13th minute Basílio Silveira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Froilan Dolcet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 15 minutes of play, Jacuitiba - FSCMZ's Basílio Silveira made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Froilan Dolcet was left in no man's land by his defense there! Basílio Silveira scored 0-3 in the 19th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Froilan Dolcet, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Basílio Silveira blasted a shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Froilan Dolcet having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Basílio Silveira in the 25th minute of play forced Ibirama Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Froilan Dolcet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 27 minutes of play, Jacuitiba - FSCMZ's Basílio Silveira made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Froilan Dolcet was left in no man's land by his defense there! The crowd rose to their feet as Ibirama Futebol Clube's Oséias Severo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Mastur Bandov. That made the score 2-4 after 43 minutes of play. Mastur Bandov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oséias Severo, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute.

Jacuitiba - FSCMZ's Basílio Silveira got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Agostinho Cabral came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Ibirama Futebol Clube fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Agostinho Cabral couldn't finish the play. Oséias Severo's late challenge caught a Jacuitiba - FSCMZ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Oséias Severo helped the player get up and apologised. In the 63rd match minute, Ibirama Futebol Clube was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oséias Severo to maneuver through the defense. 64 minutes into the match, Jacuitiba - FSCMZ's Basílio Silveira sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Froilan Dolcet narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Froilan Dolcet was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Basílio Silveira showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-5 in the 66 minute of play. In the 97th minute, Basílio Silveira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jacuitiba - FSCMZ were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Ibirama Futebol Clube's much stronger midfield.
