In the 7th match minute, Nova Erechim - FSCMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 尹皓竞 to maneuver through the defense. The long shot by Cléber da Costa in the 7th minute really tested Amadeo Rufo's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. After 14 minutes, Cléber da Costa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SORRISO E. C. and the Nova Erechim - FSCMZ players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to SORRISO E. C. getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Cléber da Costa hit a great ball. If Marcelinho Maciel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Diguinho Gaúcho in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Amadeo Rufo saved Nova Erechim - FSCMZ from getting behind. 22 minutes into the game, Diguinho Gaúcho cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Amadeo Rufo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Songurbey Şahsuvar fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Nova Erechim - FSCMZ's protests and gave Songurbey Şahsuvar a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of SORRISO E. C. booed when Nova Erechim - FSCMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Songurbey Şahsuvar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Diguinho Gaúcho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amadeo Rufo having to interfere. Nova Erechim - FSCMZ's Amadeo Rufo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Diguinho Gaúcho in the 38th minute of play. 39 minutes had been played when some careless play by Nova Erechim - FSCMZ's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Cléber da Costa was slow to take the kick. During this time SORRISO E. C.'s players had a chance to rest. Amadeo Rufo was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Diguinho Gaúcho showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 40 minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Diguinho Gaúcho made the kick off in the second half. After 50 played minutes Nova Erechim - FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by 尹皓竞. In the 51st minute, Cléber da Costa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Amadeo Rufo was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Amadeo Rufo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cléber da Costa in the 61st minute of play. Diguinho Gaúcho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amadeo Rufo having to interfere. Amadeo Rufo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cléber da Costa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 70 minutes of play, SORRISO E. C.'s Cléber da Costa made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Amadeo Rufo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Amadeo Rufo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Diguinho Gaúcho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The throw-in from 尹皓竞 in the 75th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by SORRISO E. C.'s Natanael de Medeiros. 77 minutes into the match, Nova Erechim - FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Diguinho Gaúcho came free, but Amadeo Rufo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Randy Kläser fell near the penalty area in the 78th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Nova Erechim - FSCMZ's protests and gave Randy Kläser a yellow card for diving instead. In the 78th minute, Randy Kläser hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 81st minute Diguinho Gaúcho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amadeo Rufo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nova Erechim - FSCMZ's Amadeo Rufo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cléber da Costa in the 81st minute of play. SORRISO E. C. were awarded a corner in the 87th minute after Nova Erechim - FSCMZ's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Cléber da Costa took the corner. When SORRISO E. Guilherme Peres's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Christiano Arce read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 94th minute of play. SORRISO E. C. walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
