After a defensive mix-up in Aesir FC FSCMZ's zone, Francisco da Cunha stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Duda Soeiro came out of the goal and Francisco da Cunha tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Aesir FC FSCMZ's Duda Soeiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adelino Saldanha in the 7th minute of play. In the 9th minute Carlos Fernando de Lara shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emerson Paraíba saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Délio Araújo's late challenge caught a Jumeuc Futebol Clube's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Délio Araújo helped the player get up and apologised. After 9 played minutes Aesir FC FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by Délio Araújo. Duda Soeiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Francisco da Cunha in the 10th minute of play. Emerson Paraíba showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Osmar Marinho in the 14th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adelino Saldanha in the 19th minute of play forced Aesir FC FSCMZ's goalkeeper Duda Soeiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Moisés Senna fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Aesir FC FSCMZ's protests and gave Moisés Senna a yellow card for diving instead. Moisés Senna kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. After some careless play in the Aesir FC FSCMZ defense, Adelino Saldanha kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Duda Soeiro. The Aesir FC FSCMZ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Duda Soeiro should have stopped the shot. Arí Vidal's late challenge caught a Aesir FC FSCMZ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jumeuc Futebol Clube's Emerson Paraíba played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Osmar Marinho in the 41st minute of play. Carlos Fernando de Lara's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Emerson Paraíba firmly grabbed it by the left post. With a little luck, Jumeuc Futebol Clube's Emerson Paraíba got control of the ball when Carlos Fernando de Lara tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 44th match minute, Jumeuc Futebol Clube was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Falcão Soeiro to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice moves Carlos Fernando de Lara could shoot a difficult shot in the 45th minute, which Emerson Paraíba however easily saved by the left post. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Carlos Fernando de Lara to strike the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Adelino Saldanha in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Duda Soeiro saved Aesir FC FSCMZ from getting behind. Jumeuc Futebol Clube's Emerson Paraíba played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Osmar Marinho in the 55th minute of play. When Francisco da Cunha came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Jumeuc Futebol Clube fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Francisco da Cunha couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hamilton Luis in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Duda Soeiro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Osmar Marinho in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Emerson Paraíba saved Jumeuc Futebol Clube from getting behind. Emerson Paraíba took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Osmar Marinho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 64 played minutes Jumeuc Futebol Clube got a freekick which was hit by Adelino Saldanha. In the 69th minute Carlos Fernando de Lara shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emerson Paraíba saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A nice corner shot did that Dudu Cardozo got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Emerson Paraíba quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The supporters of Jumeuc Futebol Clube booed when Aesir FC FSCMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dudu Cardozo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 75th minute, Francisco da Cunha hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Duda Soeiro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Adelino Saldanha went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Francisco da Cunha recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Délio Araújo took the ball and in the 88 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Emerson Paraíba. Emerson Paraíba dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Duda Soeiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adelino Saldanha in the 91st minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Jumeuc Futebol Clube's Adriano Paranaense got a free kick in the 94th minute. The Aesir FC FSCMZ supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Jumeuc Futebol Clube's performance. The match ended with a win for Jumeuc Futebol Clube.
