Diguinho Souza could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 3rd minute of the match, but Pedrinho Guimarães made a huge save. Diguinho Souza blasted a shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pedrinho Guimarães having to make a save. Castanheiro SC's Pedrinho Guimarães proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 5th minute of the match, managed to save Castanheiro SC from getting a goal against them. Pedrinho Guimarães didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 7th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonardo Trancoso in the 12th minute of play forced Atlético da Colina's goalkeeper Nelson Jesus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Castanheiro SC's Jeferson Mandrak got a free kick in the 15th minute. 19 minutes into the match, Atlético da Colina's goal looked a bit too open when Kauan Rezende came free, but Nelson Jesus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 19th minute Kauan Rezende shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nelson Jesus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Atlético da Colina's Nelson Jesus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kauan Rezende in the 21st minute of play. In the 27th minute of the match, Diguinho Souza got a very nice opportunity to score, but Pedrinho Guimarães was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Diguinho Souza got free with Pedrinho Guimarães in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 35th minute the ball was on its way in behind Castanheiro SC's goalkeeper Pedrinho Guimarães, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 38 played minutes Castanheiro SC got a freekick which was hit by Francisco de Godoi. Nelson Jesus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leonardo Trancoso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Atlético da Colina's Nelson Jesus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kauan Rezende in the 48th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.
Pedrinho Guimarães made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Diguinho Souza in the 57th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Diguinho Souza's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pedrinho Guimarães was relentless in the 60th minute of the game. Leonardo Trancoso hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. 63 minutes into the match, Castanheiro SC's goal looked a bit too open when Diguinho Souza came free, but Pedrinho Guimarães reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leonardo Trancoso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nelson Jesus having to interfere. In the 69th minute, Francisco de Godoi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Diguinho Souza took the ball and in the 71 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pedrinho Guimarães. Pedrinho Guimarães dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Atlético da Colina's Diguinho Souza got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Castanheiro SC's zone, Diguinho Souza stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pedrinho Guimarães came out of the goal and Diguinho Souza tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 80th match minute, Atlético da Colina was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Orlando Vinhas to maneuver through the defense. Pedrinho Guimarães took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Diguinho Souza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Francisco de Godoi hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. In the 87th minute, Diguinho Souza got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Diguinho Souza took the ball and in the 89 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pedrinho Guimarães. Pedrinho Guimarães dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. After a rather tough play, Castanheiro SC's Kauan Rezende got a free kick in the 93rd minute. In the 94th minute Diguinho Souza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedrinho Guimarães saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Atlético da Colina's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
