Diguinho Souza struck a weak shot in the 2nd minute. Duda Soeiro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Atlético da Colina. Délio Araújo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 9 minutes into the match, Atlético da Colina's Diguinho Souza sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Duda Soeiro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Duda Soeiro came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by Atlético da Colina's Diguinho Souza. But to his dismay, Diguinho Souza quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Diguinho Souza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Diguinho Souza might have been able to make a better finish in the 22nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Duda Soeiro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Diguinho Souza ran back to his position shaking his head. Duda Soeiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Diguinho Souza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 23rd minute, Osmar Marinho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 28 minutes, Diguinho Souza managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Atlético da Colina's supporters crossed their fingers, but Diguinho Souza was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 32 minutes into the match, Aesir FC FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Diguinho Souza came free, but Duda Soeiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Osmar Marinho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 39 minutes of play, Atlético da Colina's Diguinho Souza made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Duda Soeiro was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to Atlético da Colina getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. João Fantini hit a great ball.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Diguinho Souza made a kick off. Duda Soeiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Diguinho Souza, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Carlos Fernando de Lara scored 1-2 in the 52nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nelson Jesus, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Duda Soeiro was out of position in the 55 minute of play, and Diguinho Souza capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Diguinho Souza really showed his touch with that goal: 1-3. Célio Botelho kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. When João Fantini fell near the penalty area in the 61st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Atlético da Colina's protests and gave João Fantini a yellow card for diving instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Diguinho Souza kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Duda Soeiro. That made the score 1-4 in the 64 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Diguinho Souza in the 68th minute of play forced Aesir FC FSCMZ's goalkeeper Duda Soeiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Diguinho Souza blasted a shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Duda Soeiro having to make a save. 71 minutes into the match, Aesir FC FSCMZ's goalkeeper Duda Soeiro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Diguinho Souza. Nelson Jesus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Osmar Marinho, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. In the 76th match minute, Atlético da Colina was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gilberto Neves to maneuver through the defense. The Atlético da Colina fans' excitement grew in the 79th match minute when Atlético da Colina's Diguinho Souza looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Atlético da Colina's Nelson Jesus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Osmar Marinho in the 83rd minute of play. Duda Soeiro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Diguinho Souza in the 86th minute. Diguinho Souza scored 1-6 in the 90th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Duda Soeiro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Chants of Atlético da Colina echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Aesir FC FSCMZ had held the ball for most of the match.
