Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Túlio Geniatulin started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Jurassic Monsters SA's Denílson Azevedo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joaquim Félix in the 4th minute of play. After 6 played minutes Jurassic Monsters SA got a freekick which was hit by Aírton Bezerra. Guga Paes charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Guga Paes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Denílson Azevedo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joaquim Félix, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. When Remo Rodrigues fell near the penalty area in the 12th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Jurassic Monsters SA's protests and gave Remo Rodrigues a yellow card for diving instead. In the 12th match minute, Jurassic Monsters SA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Remo Rodrigues to maneuver through the defense. Jurassic Monsters SA's Denílson Azevedo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joaquim Félix in the 14th minute of play. Oséias Severo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Denílson Azevedo having to interfere. Jurassic Monsters SA's Anderson Carioca got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Denílson Azevedo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joaquim Félix, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 27th minute, Aírton Bezerra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Túlio Geniatulin, 27 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Denílson Azevedo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Túlio Geniatulin in the 29th minute of play. In the 29th minute, Dorian Silveira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Ibirama Futebol Clube booed when Jurassic Monsters SA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dorian Silveira didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Jurassic Monsters SA getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Remo Rodrigues hit a great ball. Denílson Azevedo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Túlio Geniatulin in the 39th minute of play. In the 41st minute, Remo Rodrigues hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Túlio Geniatulin took the ball and in the 43 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Denílson Azevedo. Denílson Azevedo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

In the 50th minute, Oséias Severo fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Anderson Carioca in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Froilan Dolcet saved Ibirama Futebol Clube from getting behind. When Jurassic Monsters SA's Anderson Carioca in the 59th minute got a chance for a shot 59th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ibirama Futebol Clube's goalie prevented a goal. Oséias Severo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Froilan Dolcet showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anderson Carioca in the 63rd minute of the match. The Ibirama Futebol Clube fans' excitement grew in the 66th match minute when Ibirama Futebol Clube's Túlio Geniatulin looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Froilan Dolcet showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anderson Carioca in the 70th minute of the match. In the 72nd minute, Ibirama Futebol Clube's Joaquim Félix dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-5. After a defensive mix-up in Ibirama Futebol Clube's zone, Anderson Carioca stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Froilan Dolcet came out of the goal and Anderson Carioca tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ibirama Futebol Clube's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
