With his leg Leontin Voinescu managed to avoid a goal in the 18thth minute, when R̶Ī̶И̶И̶Є̶Ǥ̶Â̶И's Adışirin Azayev fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Tony Uchiha took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Avram Beșliu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Narcis Bobocea made in the 24th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by R̶Ī̶И̶И̶Є̶Ǥ̶Â̶И's Andres Matai. In the 24thth minute of the game Cristo Rey who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hope AFC's Leontin Voinescu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 27 minutes into the game, R̶Ī̶И̶И̶Є̶Ǥ̶Â̶И's Cristo Rey nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Leontin Voinescu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. When R̶Ī̶И̶И̶Є̶Ǥ̶Â̶И's Cristo Rey in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Hope AFC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 34th minute, Danilo Illart hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 38th minute R̶Ī̶И̶И̶Є̶Ǥ̶Â̶И were awarded a corner. Adışirin Azayev went to the cornerflag to take it. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Don King managed to get in a good position for a shot. R̶Ī̶И̶И̶Є̶Ǥ̶Â̶И's supporters rose to their feet, but Don King was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leontin Voinescu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 41 minutes into the match, Hope AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Cristo Rey came free, but Leontin Voinescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leontin Voinescu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cristo Rey went, in the 41st minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, Hope AFC's Vlad Ioanițiu got a free kick in the 44th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Hope AFC's Cornel Lucaci was substituted for Narcis Bobocea. Hope AFC's Dorin Miulescu was substituted for Sabin Cartiș. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cristo Rey made a kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Cristo Rey had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Leontin Voinescu. Hope AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cristo Rey was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Adışirin Azayev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The R̶Ī̶И̶И̶Є̶Ǥ̶Â̶И fans' excitement grew in the 61st match minute when R̶Ī̶И̶И̶Є̶Ǥ̶Â̶И's Cristo Rey looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. R̶Ī̶И̶И̶Є̶Ǥ̶Â̶И made a substitution. Horacio Matro replaced Don King. In the 74th minute, Cristo Rey left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The R̶Ī̶И̶И̶Є̶Ǥ̶Â̶И fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. Leontin Voinescu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Barni Irigoyen went, in the 77th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. 80 minutes into the game, one of Hope AFC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Barni Irigoyen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 84thth minute of the game Cristo Rey who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hope AFC's Leontin Voinescu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Barni Irigoyen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Leontin Voinescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When R̶Ī̶И̶И̶Є̶Ǥ̶Â̶И's Cristo Rey in the 89th minute got a chance for a shot 89th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Leontin Voinescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristo Rey in the 92nd minute of play. 94 minutes into the match, Cristo Rey notched a goal, 7-0, to the right of Hope AFC's Leontin Voinescu. Leontin Voinescu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Hope AFC's Leontin Voinescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Barni Irigoyen in the 97th minute of play.
